Daniel C. Summerlin III has been elected president of Woods Rogers.
He succeeds Tom Bagby, who was president from 2008 to 2014, and continues to practice in the firm's labor and employment practice.
Summerlin joined Woods Rogers in 1997, where he worked as a summer associate in 1996.
Summerlin's experience covers a wide range of law, including administrative and regulatory, labor and employment, and litigation. He also advises clients on government investigations and white collar defense.
