Eligibility:

Primary work office must be in Virginia
Must hold a top corporate executive position (CEO, COO, CFO, etc.) or equivalent role (executive director, owner, co-owner, etc.)
Previous winners are eligible to be honored again, but not in consecutive years. Three-time winners are inducted into the Circle of Excellence.

At least one letter of recommendation is helpful to the judges. Letters can be submitted here, just make sure to select the correct option from the dropdown.
