Wolf Creek Fabrication Services Inc. has renewed its lease in a 36,000-square-foot industrial building at 115 Dill Road in Suffolk. Michael Myers of S. L. Nusbaum Realty Co. handled the transaction.
In another deal for Nusbaum, Nightmare Foundation Inc. leased 16,276 square feet of industrial space at 1157 Production Road in Norfolk. Andrew Myers and Michael Myers represented the landlord.
