Witt Mares PLC is moving to a new office building in Williamsburg. The accounting firm plans to lease 7,500 square feet and relocate its New Town area office to a project that will be constructed at 434 McLaws Circle in the Busch Corporate Center. Witt Mares will occupy the second floor.
Leebcor, a general contractor based out of Williamsburg, will design and build the 15,000-square-foot, two-story, Class A building scheduled for completion in the third quarter.
Andy Dallas of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of Leebcor and is the exclusive leasing representative for the remaining space.
