A Williamsburg shopping center has been sold for $5.5 million.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group represented the owner of Patriot Plaza Shopping Center in its sale to Patriot Plaza Development LLC.

The 75,217-square-foot neighborhood retail center is on 6.6 acres at at 3032-3044 Richmond Road in Williamsburg.

The property is 91.5 percent leased. Its anchor tenants include Lenox, CiCi’s Pizza, Bounce House, Lazy Daisy Gift Store and Sushi King.

The sale was completed by Joe Kennedy of Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group, and Drew Haynie of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Newport News office.
