Merrimac Associates LLC has purchased the 252-unit Village of Woodshire Apartments on Merrimac Trail in Williamsburg for an undisclosed amount.
The seller was Woodshire LLP.
Comprised of 252 one- two- and three-bedroom garden-style apartments, the community is located within minutes of several major employers including Busch Gardens and Water Country USA theme parks, the College of William and Mary and Colonial Williamsburg.
Dan W. Johnson, senior vice president, and Hank Hankins, vice president, for CBRE|Hampton Roads, along with Andrew Boyer and Jonathan Greenberg of the CBRE Washington, D.C. Multi-Housing Group, represented the seller.
