William Bradley has been promoted to vice president of investment properties for CBRE|Richmond.
In announcing his promotion, Joe Marchetti, managing director of CBRE’s Richmond office, noted that Bradley’s previous experience as head of the office’s research department gives him an extensive understanding of market drivers and trends, which will be an asset to clients.
Bradley has been with CBRE|Richmond for more than 8 years. In the last two years, the company said his primary focus on investment sales transactions throughout the Richmond metro and greater Central Virginia area has yielded more than $127 million in investment sales transactions.
Bradley is a graduate of the University of Richmond with a bachelor’s degree of business administration in finance. He also is a board member of Tricycle Gardens.
