Retail Data has leased 42,539 square feet in WestMark Two at 11013 W. Broad Street in Henrico County. Brian K. Berkey and Austin H. Newman of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the tenant, and Jeff Cooke and Amy Broderick represented the landlord.

In another transaction for Thalhimer, Goodwill leased 15,500 square feet in Laburnum Station in Henrico. Nicki Jassy and Chris Rouzie handled the lease negotiations.
