The Wells Fargo building at 141 E. Market Street in Harrisonburg has a new owner. Towne 1031 Exchange LLC bought the 18,000-square-foot building for $865,000.
Tim Reamer of Cottonwood Commercial, a commercial real estate brokerage in the city, represented the purchaser while CBRE represented the sellers, NFR ECP I – 3429 Market St Office LLC.
According to Cottonwood, most of the building is under a long-term lease to Wells Fargo Bank. The investment transaction drew plenty of interest, the firm said, and represents the latest acquisition in the downtown area.
