WDS Co. has expanded its existing space by 15,354 square feet in Richmond.

The company now leases a total of 75,235 square feet at 2819 Bells Road. Gregg W. Beck, Scott Douglas and Evan M. Magrill of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.

In another lease, Digital Benefits Advisors leased 13,057 square feet in Deep Run III at 9954 Mayland Drive in Henrico County. Deep Run III was the former Circuit City headquarters building.

Gordon Valentine and Birck Turnbill of Thalhimer represented the tenant in lease negotiations. Austin H. Newman and Mark E. Dougla represented the landlord, Markel|Eagle Partners.
