Charles City Timber and Mat Inc. have purchased a 21,800-square-foot warehouse/distribution building on 16.4 acres at 5900 Chambers Road in Charles City County from the John C. Robinson Revocable Trust for $1.1 million.

Chip Louthan of the Richmond office of Colliers represented the seller. According to Colliers, the buyer will use the site to make wooden mats, used for the crossing of environmentally sensitive areas.
