Construction firm W. M. Jordan Co. has promoted four of its employees to the position of project executive and vice president.
All four previously were senior project managers.
Every project at the firm has a project executive charged with performance oversight and customer satisfaction.
The team members include John Angle and Ronald Lauster in the company’s Newport News headquarters and Brooks Balance and Mark Reilly in the Richmond office.
Angle, a construction professional with 25 years of experience, joined the firm in 2000 as a project manager. He holds professional certifications in sustainable design and construction, project management and health-care construction.
Ballance has 32 years of construction experience. Since 1999, Brooks has managed projects from W. M. Jordan’s Richmond office and served as its director of Operations. Brooks is a Certified Healthcare Constructor and is a member of both the American Society of Healthcare Engineers (ASHE) and the Virginia Society of Healthcare Engineers (VSHE).
Lauster joined the company in 1997 as a project engineer and quickly took on the roles of quality control manager and then project manager. He serves on Tidewater Community College’s Drafting and Design Advisory Committee and Old Dominion University’s Engineering Technology Industrial Advisory Board.
Reilly has 27 years of construction experience. He joined the company in 2004. He is a member of the Greater Richmond Association for Commercial Real Estate (GRACRE) and the Associated General Contractors (AGC) of Virginia.
