Colette Wilson, CPA, has been named the new board chair of the Virginia Society of CPAs.
Wilson is partner emeritus of Cotton & Co. LLP in Alexandria.
Lisa Germano, CPA, of Actuarial Benefits & Design Co. in Midlothian, will serve as chair-elect.
The vice chairs include: Marc Filer, CPA, of PricewaterhouseCoopers in McLean; Staci Henshaw, CPA, of the Virginia Auditor of Public Accounts in Richmond; Andrew Martin, CPA, of Corbin & Co. PC in Chesapeake; and Jamie Wohlert, CPA, of Navigant Consulting Inc., in Washington, D.C.
