Virginia Early Childhood Foundation adds two board members

Virginia Early Childhood Foundation (VECF) has elected two members to its board of directors: Bill Ermatinger, corporate vice president and chief human resources officer for Huntington Ingalls Industries (HII) in Newport News and Monica Matherly, senior vice president and human resources manager at Wells Fargo in Richmond.

VECF is a public- private partnership established to advance school readiness initiatives and quality early education in the commonwealth.

At HII, Ermatinger is responsibilities for human resources strategy and executive and employee compensation, among other things. He has more than 25 years of experience in aerospace and defense human resource management. Ermatinger currently serves on the following boards: Virginia Chamber of Commerce (past chair), the Peninsula Metropolitan YMCA (past chair) and Achievable Dream.

Matherly leads a nationwide team of human resources professionals at Wells Fargo. A 25-year veteran of the company, her areas of expertise include recruitment, employee relations and compensation.
