The Unitarian Church of Norfolk has purchased a 25,685-square-foot office property situated on 9.5 acres from Skanska USA Civil Southeast Inc. for $1. 2 million. According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer,

the church plans to occupy the property at 809 S. Military Hwy. in Virginia Beach.

Thalhimer's Robert M. Thornton handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller.
