An industrial building in Virginia Beach has sold for $1.8 million, according to commercial real estate firm Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer.
The Collier Trust purchased the 50,089-square-foot industrial building at 5819-5823 Ward Court as an investment.
The building, which sits on a 2.79-acre site, was sold by Lee-John Co.
Patrick Mumey and Lindsay Heckel of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of Collier Trust.
The commercial real estate firm also announced the sale of a former bank branch in Henrico County.
Credit Union Service Co. of Virginia, LLC purchased the 3,480-square-foot building at 109 E. Nine Mile Road from
First State Investors 3093. Credit Union Services plans to occupy the building.The sale price was not disclosed.
Scott Douglas and Austin H. Newman of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller. Mark E. Douglas, also with Thalhimer, represented the buyer.
