A Virginia Beach building has been sold for $1.9 million.

Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports that Guardian Partners LLC bought the 20,341-square-foot Viking Building from NN&H Associates as an investment.

The building is located at 440 Viking Drive in Virginia Beach.

Rob Wright of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled sale negotiations on behalf of the buyer.
