BIGGEST CHALLENGE I’VE FACED: One of the biggest challenges I’ve faced is successfully making it through college in spite of financial limitations. Finding the resources to get through college was difficult from semester to semester and required a level of resilience and creativity that has prepared me for my career.
HOW I BALANCE WORK AND PERSONAL LIFE: I focus less on balance and more on integration and harmonization. I recognize there are times that work will “win,” but I make a concerted effort to make sure that life “wins” just as often, if not more.
INTERESTING PLACE I’VE TRAVELED: I’ve had the great fortune to travel extensively, both personally and professionally, to places like Hong Kong, Buenos Aires and Istanbul, so it’s hard to choose just one. If I had to pick, safari in Namibia would be at the top of the list. I’m also looking forward to my upcoming trip to Japan.
DID YOU KNOW? As the child of Jamaican immigrants with family still living there, Johnson closely followed events on Oct. 28, 2025, when Hurricane Melissa hit the island nation. A trustee of the PwC Foundation, PwC’s philanthropic arm, she was thankful the foundation supports nonprofits Team Rubicon and World Central Kitchen, which were both on the ground aiding relief efforts.
