Vienna-based OnLocation Inc. has been acquired by KeyLogic Systems Inc., a subsidiary of McLean-based IIA Technologies Corp., the companies announced Wednesday.
Financial terms of the transaction were not released.
KeyLogic Systems is a Morgantown, West Virginia-based company that provides energy, data and power grid services to government agencies. OnLocation is an information and analytics company for the energy sector.
The acquisition will allow the companies’ data scientists, engineers, researchers and policy analysts to work together on network and cloud management, AI/ML, high performance computing, modeling and cyber data analytics.
“The partnership gives both companies the complimentary capabilities to take on larger, more complex projects for our customers and expands the depth and breadth of our technology prowess,” KeyLogic Chief Operating Officer Ken Bissett said in a statement.
