Victoria Paul joins JLL in Hampton Roads as senior general manager

Victoria Paul has joined the Hampton Roads office of JLL as a senior general manager.

Paul has more than 17 years of experience in commercial real estate management and operational oversight. At JLL, her responsibilities will include the oversight of the First Potomac Realty Trust portfolio,  consisting of 20 office and flex properties in Norfolk and Chesapeake.

According to JLL, Paul’s expertise includes oversight of asset managers, working with leasing teams, directing legal action pertaining to tenant and property matters and ensuring compliance with property insurance initiatives.

She has been a member of the Hampton Roads Chapter of CREW (Commercial Real Estate Women) since 2009 and is currently serving as president of the group’s board of directors.

Before joining JLL, Paul was senior vice president of operations at Wheeler Real Estate Investment Trust, a Virginia Beach-based REIT focused on acquiring and managing retail properties with a primary focus on grocery-anchored centers.

From 2005 through 2015, Paul also served as owner/president of Site Applications. It offered tenant build-out work, exterior renovation and ground-up development services throughout the state.
