Chantilly-based Vencore Holding Corp., an IT government contractor, has filed for an initial public offering (IPO) with the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission.
According to Reuters, the IPO is worth up to $250 million.
Vencore has 3,750 employees and is owned by Veritas Capital Management LLC.
