VAMAC leases 27,000 square feet of space in Norfolk

VAMAC Inc., a plumbing, septic and water well supply wholesale distributor, has leased 27,000 square feet of industrial space on Curlew Drive in Norfolk. Chip Worley of Harvey Lindsay Commercial Real Estate in Norfolk handled the lease negotiations.

In other deals for Harvey Lindsay:

Big Lots renewed its lease on 27,300 square feet of retail space at 5612 Princess Anne Road in Virginia Beach. Susan Pender handled the lease negotiations.

Bath Fitter leased 11,700 square feet of industrial space at 1333 Azalea Garden Road in Norfolk. Worley handled the lease negotiations.
