Richmond-based Union First Market Bank has completed its integration of StellarOne Bank.
The two banks merged in January, creating the largest Virginia-based community bank in the commonwealth.
Work on data conversion and integration of StellarOne operations began last summer.
“As part of the integration, the team converted more than 260,000 customer files, replaced more than 80,000 debit cards, switched out more than 700 signs and completed many other tasks,” Billy Beale, chief executive officer of Union First Market Bank, said in a statement.
All StellarOne branches are now operating as a Union First Market Bank branches.
Union First Market Bank has 131 branches and more than 200 ATMs.
Union First Market Bank is a subsidiary of Richmond-based Union Bankshares Corp.
Other subsidiaries include Union Investment Services Inc., Union Mortgage Group Inc. and Union Insurance Group LLC.
