Union Commerce Plaza LLC has selected the Richmond office of Colliers International Real Estate Management Services to manage the Commerce Plaza building at 2809 Emerywood Parkway in Henrico County.

The five-story, 84,000-square-foot building is about 86 percent leased. Chris Wallace and Matt Hamilton will be the leasing representatives for Colliers.
