Two retail strip centers in Foreston Village in Stafford County have sold for $3 million to Falls Church Investments LLC.
According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, the broker for the transaction, the 19,100-square-foot property was 80% leased at the time of disposition. It’s located at 2608 & 2612 Jefferson Davis Highway.
Wilson H. Greenlaw, of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, handled the sale negotiations on behalf of the seller, RGS Foreston Village LLC.
