Armada Hoffler Construction Co. will build two hotels on the Virginia Beach Oceanfront, according to its parent company.
Armada Hoffler will become the general contractor for the $100 million project, which will include more than 300 rooms, a parking garage and retail space.
This project is a third-party fee construction project and will not be owned by Armada Hoffler Properties.
Armada Hoffler expects construction to be in full force during the second half of the year. Construction should be completed by spring 2017.
Armada Hoffler did not release the hotels' brands.
