Two lawyers join LeClairRyan office in Richmond

Two lawyers have joined LeClairRyan in the law firm’s Richmond Riverfront office.

Alyson M. Harter is a partner on the corporate services and capital markets practice area teams. She will be resident in the national law firm’s Richmond Riverfront office.

Angela N. Watson has joined the firm as counsel on its bankruptcy and creditors’ rights team.

Harter focuses her practice on securities and commercial real estate while Watson’s legal focus is commercial litigation including creditors' rights and banking/lender litigation for creditors as well as bankruptcy.

Harter is a graduate of Tulane Law School (law degree) and Hollins University (bachelor’s degree).

Watson has a law degree from the College of William and Mary School of Law and bachelor’s degree from the University of Richmond.
