McCandlish Holton P.C. has signed a new lease for 33,822 square feet of space at the Bank of America Center at 1111 E. Main St. in downtown Richmond. JLL's Charlie Polk and Edward Roberts represented the tenant. The building is owned by At Main Street Richmond LLC.
In another deal for the Richmond office of JLL, Reed Smith renewed a 22,970-square-foot lease at Hines Riverfront Plaza at 901 E. Byrd St., also in downtown Richmond. Ned Roberts and Scott Harrison represented the tenant. Hines Interests LP owns the building.
The deals were among recent JLL transactions totaling 172,002 square feet.
