Monday Properties has completed three new leases for 53,000 square feet in an office building in Rossly. Two of the leases are with government contractors.
Synectics for Management Decision Inc. (SMDI), a data, management and IT solutions provider, will relocate from 1901 North Moore and occupy 28,000 square feet at 1101 Wilson Blvd. The company plans the move for the second quarter. “This location will enable us to continue to attract top talent and provide the best possible service to our government customers,” Jeffrey Smith, president, SMDI, said in a statement.
Stateside Associates, the largest state and local government affairs firm in the U.S., also will move to 1101 Wilson in the second quarter and occupy 15,000 square feet.
Rosslyn Children’s Center (RCC) will be the third new tenant in the building, leasing 10,000 square feet.
1101 Wilson is a 24-story office tower with 330,000 square feet of Class A office space that includes a café, U.S Postal Service facility and a tenant lounge on the ground floor equipped with flat screen TVs, seating areas and free WiFi.
John Wharton and Deniz Yener represented Monday Properties on all three transactions. Kirk Boyd and Brian O’Shaughnessy with Newmark Grubb Knight Frank, represented SMDI. Gary Glatter and Neil Narcisenfeld with The Ezra Co. represented Stateside Associates, and RCC was represented by Brian McVay with Cushman & Wakefield.
