Diamond Hill Properties has purchased a five-acre, 29,937-square-foot- office/warehouse property at 2012 Campostella Road in Chesapeake
from Turf and Garden, Inc. for $1.6 million.

According to Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which brokered the deal, Turf and Garden subsequently purchased 929 Professional Place in Chesapeake — a 14,160-square-foot property situated on 2.3 acres from Parker Lands LLP for $1.4 million. The new location will serve as its new headquarters and wholesale supply location for South Hampton Roads.

William Throne and Clay Culbreth of Thalhimer handled the sale negotiations on behalf of Turf and Garden in the Professional Place sale, with Culbreth representing both seller and buyer in the sale of the company’s former location on Campostella.
