Transwestern’s Washington, D.C.-based Institutional Commercial Group has been named exclusive agent for the sale of 7701 Southern Drive, a 251,178-square-foot industrial building in Springfield.
The building, originally constructed in 1980, has averaged 95 percent occupancy since the current owner purchased it in 2007. Currently, the property is 68 percent leased.
