Trampoline Park comes to Greenbrier Circle Corporate Center

Come July, people working in the Greenbrier Circle Corporate Center in Chesapeake will have a new way to work off stress. Cloud9 Trampoline Park has leased 18,802 square feet at 825 Greenbrier Circle in the center and plans to open in July.

According to CBRE|Hampton Roads, which brokered the lease, the facility plans to market itself as a place for active social outings, workouts or birthday parties.

Visitors will be able to jump on numerous trampolines, or compete with others in a trampoline dodge ball stadium. On weekend nights, the facility plans to include lasers and DJs.

Perry Frazer of CBRE represented the landlord and Matt Wilbricht of CBRE represented the tenant in the transaction.

In other deals for CBRE|Hampton Roads:

* US 460 Mobility Partners LLC has leased 17,947 square feet at Bridgeway Technology Center I at 7025 Harbourview Blvd. in Suffolk. In 2012, Mobility Partners received a contract from the Virginia Department of Transportation (VDOT) to finance, design and build a parallel route to Route 460 between Suffolk and Petersburg. Perry Frazer, Don Crigger and Mollie Korte of represented the landlord in the transaction.

* Total Distribution Inc. expanded by 40,000 square feet at 3700 Village Ave. in Norfolk. Ashton Williamson handled the transaction.

* Grand Furniture Discount Stores leased 43,632 square feet at 5937 and 5939 Thurston Avenue, Virginia Beach. Ashton Williamson and Worth Remick handled the transaction.

* INIT Innovations in Transportation Inc. leased 26,600 square feet at 1420 Kristina Way in Chesapeake. Perry Frazer handled the transaction.
