Town Point Club renews lease at World Trade Center in Norfolk

Town Point Club Inc. has renewed its lease for 18,394 square feet of space in Norfolk’s World Trade Center on West Main Street.

Michael B. Divaris, president of Divaris Real Estate Inc. in Virginia Beach, handled the lease transaction on behalf of the tenant.

Established in 1983, Town Point Club is a private business club that includes formal and casual dining areas, meeting rooms, business center, bar, lounge and smoking room. Its membership includes business executives, professionals, entrepreneurs, military officers and administrators of state and local governments.
