Tom Tighe has joined Henrico-County based Snagajob as senior vice president of sales. Snagajob, the country’s largest hourly employment marketplace for job seekers and employers, said Tighe will lead the sales force as the company continues to grow its position in the hourly hiring marketplace.
Before joining Snagajob, Tighe served as vice president of sales for mindSHIFT, a leading managed services provider that provides a suite of outsourced and cloud-based IT services to small- and medium-sized businesses. According to a press release from Snagajob, Tighe grew mindSHIFT sales from $20 million to more than $120 million during his tenure. Prior to mindSHIFT, he held sales roles with Legato, Stryker and Fedex.
“Tom’s proven track record of establishing and rapidly growing a new category of technology-based services and successfully scaling a sales team focused on the enterprise and small- and medium-sized enterprise businesses makes him a fantastic addition to Snagajob’s senior leadership team,” Peter Harrison, Snagajob’s president and CEO, said in a statement.
