TJ Maxx leases location at Parham Plaza in Henrico County

TJ Maxx is taking over space formerly occupied by Staples at Parham Plaza Shopping Center in Henrico County.

The 21,089-square-foot lease was announced by Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, which represented the landlord in the lease negotiations. Two of the firm’s employees, Connie Jordan Nielsen and Nicki Jassy, worked on the deal.

Parham Plaza Shopping Center is a Walmart-anchored 181,580-square-foot neighborhood shopping center located on North Parham Road.
