Titan America LLC has named Bill Zarkalis its CEO.
Zarkalis has been CFO of Titan America's parent company, Titan Cement SA, and previously served there as the company's executive director of business development and strategic planning. Titan Cement is based in Athens, Greece.
Before joining Titan, Zarkalis held a variety of executive positions with Dow Chemical.
Titan America is a heavy building materials company based in Norfolk, whose products include cement, aggregates, ready-mixed concrete, concrete block and fly ash.
