Three Virginia organizations have won American Technology Awards presented by the TechAmerica Foundation, the public sector and public policy division of CompTIA, a nonprofit information technology trade association. TechAmerica chose 15 products and services out of 100 entries as category winners.
BAE Systems’, whose U.S. subsidiary is based in Arlington, won in the aerospace and defense category for its Advanced Analytics Framework. SRA International in Fairfax was named the winner in the IT services and consulting category for its AcuITy Insightful Solutions. Virginia Information Technologies’ Virginia electronic Health and Human Resources (eHHR) program was recognized in the Internet services, e-commerce and mobility category.
Olympus Corp.’s ENDOEYE FLEX 3D videoscope won breakthrough technology of the year. Olympus America’s headquarters are in Center Valley, Pa.
