An affiliate of Fairfax-based Meladon Group LLC purchased three buildings in Haymarket for $13 million, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced Tuesday.

The seller was not disclosed.

The portfolio includes buildings leased to CVS, Chick-Fil-A and Virginia National Bank on 5.63 acres at the intersection of Virginia Route 15 and Washington Highway, just off Interstate 66.

Sale negotiations were handled by Catharine Spangler of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Capital Markets Group and John Pirtzlaff of Thalhimer’s Charlottesville office.
