Three flex-industrial buildings in Dulles hit the market

Avison Young has been retained as the exclusive adviser in the sale of the Route 28 South Portfolio, a collection of three industrial/flex buildings in the Dulles South submarket near Washington, D.C.

The buildings, totaling 338,283 square feet of office and warehouse space, are located at 14000 Thunderbolt Place and 14320 and 14340 Sullyfield Circle in Chantilly. They are close to two business parks and amenities such as hotels, restaurants and retail.

The buildings feature adaptive layouts allowing for single or multi-tenant occupancy.  According to Avison Young, they are 67 percent leased to a diverse tenant base, including Northrop Grumman and CACI International.

The buildings are institutionally owned and maintained with no deferred maintenance.

Avison Young, which has its headquarters in Toronto, has 2,400 real estate employees in 79 offices, including Washington, D.C.
