Stamford, Conn.-based Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide Inc. has opened its third Westin hotel in Arlington.
The Westin Crystal City, a mile from Ronald Reagan Washington National Airport, has 220 guest rooms and meeting facilities.
The building, formerly a Sheraton Hotel, recently underwent a $20 million in renovation.
The Westin Crystal City has 16,000 square feet of meeting facilities, including 11 meeting rooms.
The hotel is owned and managed by HEI Hotels & Resorts, based in Norwalk, Conn.
Starwood Hotels & Resorts Worldwide is an owner, operator and franchisor of hotels, resorts and residences.
It has nearly 1,200 properties in 100 countries and 181,400 employees at its owned and managed properties.
HEI Hotels & Resorts has 36 properties in 15 states.
