The Hilb Group LLC, an Henrico County-based insurance brokerage, has acquired Endeavor Insurance Services Inc.
The transaction became effective Dec. 1. Financial details were not disclosed.
Based in Greenville, S.C, Endeavor Insurance Services is an insurance broker specializing in group health and employee benefits.
“As we continue to grow, we are seeking partners who will advance our scope of services as a leading national insurance broker,” Robert J. Hilb, THG Founder and CEO, said in a statement. “Endeavor will further strengthen our benefits capabilities and increase our client base.”
