Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer has been awarded the commercial property management and leasing services for Crossroads Corporate Business Center, a 320,421-square-foot office building in Roanoke.
The property is located at 5008 Airport Road.
Chrissy Price of Thalhimer’s Roanoke office has been assigned as the portfolio manager. Barry Ward and Price Gutshall, also with Thalhimer, are the exclusive leasing representatives.
Thalhimer manages nearly 25 million square feet of commercial real estate properties in Virginia and South Carolina, along with more than 7,000 multifamily units.
