Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer reports that the firm’s 10 Virginia, North Carolina and South Carolina offices completed 150 lease transactions totaling nearly 1.2 million square feet with a total value of more than $62 million during May.
Industrial building transactions of 694,447 square feet accounted for the largest amount of space leased. Office and retail leases amounted to 264,942 and 229,731 square feet, respectively
In addition, Thalhimer reported 25 sale transactions in May totaling over $17.9 million in sales volume. The sales included industrial, office and retail buildings and land transactions.
Overall, year-to-date volume exceeds $619.5 million dollars.
