Thalhimer Realty Partners Inc., the investment and development subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, has purchased Deering Manor Apartments, a 168-unit multifamily property located at 2712 Hopkins Rd. in Richmond, for $3.7 million.
The seller was 2712 Hopkins Road Holdings LLC, an entity controlled by CW Capital.
The 11-acre property was built in 1966 and offers units averaging about 650 square feet. In the past two years, about 18 of the units have been renovated. The property is located near the McGuire Veterans Affairs Medical Center.
Thalhimer Realty Partners has engaged Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer to manage the property.
Thalhimer Realty Partners is a private real estate investment firm with a portfolio of commercial and multifamily assets valued at more than $250 million.
Cassidy Turley represented the seller in the transaction.
