Thalhimer Realty Partners Inc. (TRP), the investment and development subsidiary of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer, said Thursday that it has closed on the $12.1 million purchase of the Stratford at Williamsburg Apartments.
The transaction was done through the Thalhimer Multifamily Fund, which was formed in late 2016.
Stratford at Williamsburg includes 156 one- and two-bedroom apartment units. It’s located in Williamsburg along Route 60 near the College of William & Mary, Colonial Williamsburg and Williamsburg Premium Outlets.
Amenties include a clubhouse, pool, dog park and playground. Thalhimer’s Residential Property Services will manage the property on behalf of TRP. Cindy Scanlan will serve as the portfolio manager responsible for the oversight of the property’s operations.
