Logan Fire Apparatus and Enviva sign leases in Franklin, Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer announced.

Logan Fire Apparatus leased 13,500 square feet and Enviva LP leased 12,600 square feet at 33549 Carver Road in Franklin. Robert Thornton of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled lease negotiations.

Thalhimer also announced that Hitters Warehouse Training Academy on the Peninsula renewed its lease of 10,948 square feet in Newmarket Shopping Center at 5015 W. Mercury Boulevard in Newport News.

Kevin O’Keefe, Sharon Ryals-Taylor and Natalie Hucke handled the lease negotiations.
