Adam P. Holbrook has joined Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer’s Richmond Commercial Property Services group as a portfolio manager.

Holbrook will oversee the management of a portfolio that includes office, retail and industrial properties.

A Virginia Tech alum, Holbrook has worked in the residential management field for seven years. He most recently worked for Nest Property Management as a marketing and leasing manager.
