Swisslog Logistics expands in Newport News

Swisslog Logistics Inc. has expanded and leased an additional 20,500 square feet in its current space at 161 Enterprise Drive in Newport News. The company is now leasing a total of 42,400 square feet. Tom Dana of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease transaction.

In other deals for Thalhimer in Hampton Roads:
Chesapeake Lawnscapes Inc. renewed its lease of 14,400 square feet at 5585 Raby Road in Norfolk. Samuel W. Scott Jr. handled negotiations.

Hampton Roads Moving & Storage leased 10,000 square feet at 1709 Endeavor Drive in Williamsburg. Teresa Nettles handled negotiations.
