S&V Warehousing renews lease for 64,000 square feet in Newport News

S&V Warehousing LLC renewed its lease of 64,000 square feet at 5601 City Line Road in Newport News. Clay Culbreth of Cushman & Wakefield | Thalhimer handled the lease negotiations on behalf of the landlord.

In other Hampton Roads deals for Thalhimer, CDI Marine renewed a 27,766-square-foot lease in the Airport Industrial Park at 1391 Air Rail Ave. in Virginia Beach. John P. Duffy, Jr. and Patrick Mumey handled the lease negotiations.

AMARR Company Inc. renewed its lease of 15,848 square feet in Greenbrier Industrial Park at 550-B Woodlake Circle in Chesapeake. Mumey also handled those lease negotiations.
