SteinMart Inc. has leased 40,000 square feet at 7801 West Broad Street in Henrico County. CBRE/Richmond handled the transaction.

In other deals for CBRE in Henrico, Tidewater Home Mortgage Group Inc. leased 11,915 square feet at 4405 Cox Road.
